Any quote or proposal from Conetech is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Once a project is accepted in writing or via deposit, the agreed pricing and payment schedule apply. Late payments may result in a pause of work, suspension of hosted services, or removal of live deployments until balances are settled.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and source code — is the property of Conetech, protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. For client projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment unless otherwise specified. Conetech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
When you provide content, brand assets, or account access to Conetech for a project, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to that material, and that its use by Conetech will not infringe on any third party's rights.
Our Site and service descriptions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing services — such as exact search rankings, ad performance, or follower growth — as these depend on factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conetech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement in the preceding three (3) months.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the notice period defined in the relevant project agreement. Conetech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site or hosted service immediately in cases of suspected fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
